Data deletion instructions

GlowBooked is operated by PARITY BH LTD, Grosvenor House, 658 Chester Road, Birmingham. This page explains how users can request deletion of data associated with their GlowBooked account, including accounts created or accessed through Facebook Login.

How to request data deletion

To request deletion of your GlowBooked account data, send an email from the email address linked to your GlowBooked account to:

Use the subject line:

GlowBooked data deletion request

What to include

• Your GlowBooked account email address.
• Whether you used email/password, Google Login or Facebook Login.
• A short confirmation that you want your account data deleted.

What happens next

We will verify your request and remove or anonymise account data where legally and operationally possible. Some records may need to be retained where required for invoices, payments, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal compliance or booking dispute handling.

Facebook Login users

If you used Facebook Login, you can also remove GlowBooked from your Facebook account by going to Facebook settings and removing GlowBooked from Apps and Websites.
